Final Fantasy Crisis Core Review
Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core is the most spectacular portable game ever made. Crisis Core is so good that it felt like a waste because it wasn’t made on a next generation system. Fans of Final Fantasy games should dare not think about missing out on playing this game.
The story is a prequel of Final Fantasy 7 the original version, which in my opinion is the greatest game ever made. The story is about Zack who was Clouds friend and mentor. Zach is the dude that cloud inherits the big freaking sword from and the linage of the sword is talked about in Crisis Core. The game is basically about Zack becoming a member of SOILDER in Shinra Inc. Sephiroth, Aerith, Cloud, Yufi, all make more then a quick appearance in Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core. It’s cool to see how these characters behaved and lived their lives before the events of the original Final Fantasy 7 game.
The game can feel like you are watching a movie with the fantastic cinematic. The CGI is the best I have ever seen on a portable system and maybe better than most games on the ps2 that released recently. The game play is a mix of final fantasy 11 and 12, it is a action game with all the RPG elements involved. There is a live action menu integrated into the game play so there is never a boring moment. All the spells, summons, and a modified version of limit breaks are in the game.
In conclusion, Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core is a full fledged RPG that is worth the price tag of a PSP alone, if you are a fan of the Final Fantasy 7 series. The game will satisfy your craving of having to wait for a Final Fantasy 7 remake that we are not sure is even coming. This game is a must own for any RPG fan or PSP owner.
