God of War 3 is one incredible piece of work. The game is sick, and when I use the word sick I mean it has a two part definition. One, it’s sick as in the way you can finish off your enemies with fatality like finishing moves when killing bosses. This of course is nothing new to the God of War series, but watching Kratos pop out a huge bosses eye balls out of his eye socket is amazing. Gamers can then see the vines hanging out behind the eye ball and watch Kratos crushing it with his bare hands. This is something every gamer should experience in the beautiful world of HD. Two, the game is sick as in the meaning it’s wickedly fun and awesome. There is just so much going on around the screen and the Playstation 3 starts to show off a bit of what it is capable of.
God of War 3 is the series climax and should bring the destruction of Olympus. God of War 3 Demo is available for download at the Playstation Network for free. The download is a huge 2.6 GB of space, but it is worth the effort to get your hands wet with blood before the actually game is released. The game is scheduled to release March 16, 2010. Mark you calendars and get your pre-orders in now. Gamespot is giving gamers a free Kratos mask and poster of God of War 3 with every pre-order. This is some cool stuff for buying just the game and not a limited edition set.
