Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker will be the next installment of the ever so impressive Metal Gear franchise. The game is in production with a full staff headed up by Hideo Kojima. Peace Walker will be a full scale game and a sequel in the series. It will not be an add-on or alternative style of game like Metal Gear Acid. The game was first announced back at E3 with much surprise to the fans of the series. The new Metal Gear was announced using an attractive web site that a teaser campaign with a countdown and flashes of metal gear charters in the background when lighting struck. The news that was delivered was that of Metal Gear Peace Walker for the PSP and Metal Gear Solid Rising for the PS3. Peace Walker will take you back to the past and have you play as a young Big Boss in his prime. Peace Walker will feature a 4 player co-op and be released with a PSP bundle that will be Metal Gear themed. The game is scheduled for release May 25, 2010.
